Taylor is the founder of the 3D Sales Machine, an organization dedicated to empowering sales leaders and helping them become better managers. Taylor previously served as the Senior Vice President of Global Business Solutions at Atlanta-based tech firm Centrics IT, LLC. At CentricsIT, Taylor co-founded the organization in 2007 and charted its course towards becoming one of the fastest-growing IT solution providers in the world, which culminated in its sale in 2022. Under Taylor's guidance, CentricsIT's services revenue grew by 400% since he assumed sales leadership in 2014 and his indomitable personality and positive attitude have been integral to its growth. Taylor is now the Vice President of Professional Services at Cleveland-based Park Place Technologies. Taylor travels frequently, expanding the 3D Sales Machine’s presence and furthering his own personal development. Outside of work, Taylor resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife Brittany Barnes and two sons Kellar and Cyrus and is an active participant in his faith community. Taylor's mission at the 3D Sales Machine is to create a positive and successful work environment for sales leaders, sales reps and businesses alike by providing a proven 9 step program that leads to increased sales and employee retention. He believes that everyone has the potential to be a great manager with the right tools and guidance, and his commitment to his mission is rooted in the conviction that work should be enjoyable and fulfilling.
